About Us:

  •   Lloyd and Kay Beasley commenced land and property development at Chinchilla in 1980, with the first stage of Pine Trees Estate being undertaken in that year. Since that time they have gone on to develop 150 allotments in that estate.

  •  Subdivisions have followed in Oakey & Dalby and more recently in Riverdell Park at Chinchilla.
